Just curious if there is a way that the group owners can rearrange the orders in which the discussion threads show...
Or perhaps a way to sticky certain threads to the top of the area?

i think that only a moderator or admin can sticky.

I'd like to create a new forum under the arts, but can't seem to figure a way to do it. On other social networking sites it's easy for an individual to create new discussion groups. If this has to be done by some sort of an administrator, then I'd like a new arts forum titled Metal Smithing.
