Hi everyone, I was hoping this might be a good place for less used armor ideas, and questions.

And of course, I have the perfect example question.

I've looked at a lot of sites which have either Wisby style gauntlets for sale, or patterns to make them. Most of them have Type 3 style gauntlets, and there's at least one variation on the Type 1.

Has anyone actually considered trying to make the type 2? And if not, is there some reason it's been avoided like the plague?
