Well!  I guess I am to join the ranks of bloggers!  I've never done this, so I'm going to need help from you guys.  I'll post my random sewing adventures, but I need to hear from you as to what you want to hear about.  Do you want to know what it was like to enter into my first A&S competition?  Do you want to hear about the trouble I'm having finding instructions for how to do puff and slash?  What do YOU want to know about?

As an introduction of sorts... I do sew a lot of garb.  I received a Cygnus a few years ago because without my sewing "half my shire would be naked".  LOL  That's what they wrote for the recommendation anyway and it was repeated in court.  So, I have sewn everything from Lithuanian Cossack pants (from a pattern which was poorly translated - THAT was tough!) to the Thorsbjerg Trousers I did for the A&S competition.  I've sewn cotehardies to bodices.  I love looking at a picture and trying to figure out how the would have done it, but I'm not always successful.  I thoroughly enjoy sewing for people who just don't want to sew or cannot for whatever reasons.  Even more, I enjoy teaching people to sew their own garb.  I'm not an expert, but I'm not a beginner either.  Hopefully this blog will not only prove helpful to you, but your comments can help me to learn more too!
